OUR PROCESS

Furnishing & Decor

For our clients who are more hands-on and don't need full service design, we can refresh a space through furniture (combined with your existing or all new), wall treatments, lighting, paint and accessories. It will start with an in-home meeting or zoom meeting, and follow up with a custom package that might include a mood board, furniture plans and everything sourced through shoppable links. We will stay with you to assit with estimates and installations for electricians and other trades to achieve your design goals.

Since you’ll be working with us, you’ll also be extended our trade pricing that even the average builder or contractor can’t get since we are a licensed reseller, you’ll get the best price overall because we only collect a small OMISSION that enables you to save on your purchases, this more than often offsets the entire design fee and then some! It’s really a no brainer.

e-design / virtual design

Out of state or more of a DIY-er? Many of our projects in fact are out of state, we’ve serviced projects up and down California, Arizona, Utah and Manhattan.

Our process is fairly simple, we’ve streamlined it to make it all possible without us being there. After an initial virtual consult, which you can book directly on our site, we’ll get started collecting photos and MEASUREMENTS (provided by you) to create your custom virtual design package which may include mood boards, floor plans, elevation drawings, a budget and everything sourced for your via shoppable links. Full service Design 

after booking your consultation you will meet with Victoria to discuss your design goals and overall wish list. upon this initial meeting we still start to collect measurements and work on your custom design package which will include EVERYTHING uniquely sourced for your space and budget. We will follow through by sending you PHYSICAL samples and provide you with an overall budget estimate to help with your planning.

Once approved, we will go ahead and place all orders, tracking them and handling them. if you’re not home or don’t want to deal with it we have RECEIVING warehouses to help with that. When it comes time for install we work closely with vetted contractors and subs to maximize the success of implementing your project, we’ll handle every detail so you won’t have to worry about making the wrong call that will result in added stress and expense.

Since we are a license reseller, everything we source including the building materials and furniture will come to you at trade price. since we only collect a small COMMISSION, you’ll still be getting the best prices overall. these savings you can spend on hiring us, a professional and experienced design company to take on every hurdle so you can just enjoy the process (and the results)!
